K9 Care And Rescue - Available for Adoption

Please see your adoption policy for requirements:

Availability varies, but there are always many dogs needing homes.
Right now we don't have enough foster homes, so that limits our ability to rescue them.
If you are willing to wait for us to bring in a suitable dog for you, we are willing to do so.

I’m a thinker and I like to check things out before I try new things.
I’m a little bit shy and cry if I’m alone too long.

Brenda

I’m sassy and confident.
I like to be first out of the kennel.
I love tackling my sisters and brother.  I like to be scratched under my chin.

Shauna

(Brown-Blonde)
I’m an out-going girl but sometimes I like to sit back and watch.
I like to have my head scratched and I love to be cuddled.

Kanti

Kanti, born on Aug 10/09 to her German Shepherd/Husky/Border Collie mom, is an active, spunky,  gentle  girl who keeps close during our offleash walks .  She is healthy, with up-to-date vaccinations and de-worming. Kanti either needs pre-school children or a very playful dog in her new life for interaction.

Coco

We believe Coco is a sister of Jacinta and Kanti, born on August 10/09
She needs plenty of exercise and activity, preferably with another playful dog. When she was picked up, she showed signs of having been beaten up by the other dogs.  Coco is initially timid, but warms up quickly to those who speak quietly and are patient with her.  She needs plenty of TLC to help her regain trust of people.  Recently she spent 2 days with her sisters and got along famously with them as well as with the other dogs.  She didn't get into any trouble, and snuggled contentedly with this foster mom.
Her wounds are healing nicely and she has had her first vaccination, and
 deworming.
This pup is ready for adoption.  Please apply.
